Old Hickory Golf Club will be the Host of the first annual Bridal Expo. The expo is produced exclusively by Kate Santellano of KJS Events.
KJS Events has produced several successful shows including the Saint Charles Fashion Week. Kate Santellano is the owner of the company and has over fifteen years of event and meeting planning. “I was responsible for every facet of the show. From finding the designers and boutiques to securing the venue, sponsors and over 30 vendors per night of the show. This was in addition to securing items and creating specialized VIP gifts and our swag bags. Not to mention the show logistics like setup, music, staffing and celebrity emcee’s! I am really excited to work with Robyn because she truly understands the importance of making a great event,” Santellano explained.
Robyn Clark, owner of Belleza Salon has been working with brides for years. The spa features over 4,000 square foot of space that allows the brides to bring their entire wedding party for services or hold the wedding shower. “Our salon is fun, festive and a great place for brides to come and have a wedding shower or just a spa day with their wedding party,” Clark said.
Brides to be will have an opportunity to enter the first Belleza Bride contest. The contest will be a dream come true for one lucky grand prize winner. Among the prizes are a round trip air fare for two anywhere FunJet Vacations travels courtesy of GoLuv Travel. Voting will take place at the expo and brides must be present to win.
The expo is a new twist to the traditional bridal show. “We wanted to do something different for a show. Something that includes the grooms and is fun. So we chose a Thursday night and are making it fun for the grooms to be to come too,” explained Clark.
Pearl Vodka is a sponsor of the show and will provide avcomplimentary signature drink featuring their new Wedding Cake Vodka.
“The show is going to be a great opportunity to showcase so many great businesses in the area. The event is expected to bring in about 400-450 people,” Santellano said.
The expo will feature approximately 85 vendors and will have everything a bride and groom needs to plan their wedding day. “In an effort to make the expo a success for the brides and the vendors we limit the number of businesses per industry. Space is filling up quick and we are so happy to have so many great businesses already participating,” said Santellano.
The expo will also feature a runway show featuring all of the latest trends in wedding attire, from the bride to the mother of the bride!
In addition to the Belleza Bride contest, a cake decorating and floral contest will be on display for voting.
