With great food, drinks and company, the Pop Up Dinner by Delux Magazine at Bocci Bar was definetly a night to remember.
The four course meal was beautifully prepared by rock-star chef Brian Hale and featured seasonal items like duck and bacon waffles. The meals were paired with exquisite cocktails made with Tequila Avion by the wonderful bartenders Matt and Joel from Sanctuaria. The beer was provided by Griesedieck Bros., the oldest family owned brewery in St. Louis. The wine provided by Bakkheia Wines was paired perfectly to each coarse.
A portion of the proceeds went to Operation Food Search, the largest distributor of free food in the bi-state region that addresses the growing hunger problem.
The night had to come to an end, but everyone left satisfied by the wonderful hospitality of Bocci, the flavorful food prepared by Chef Hale, the pleasing cocktails by Sanctuaria, wine by Bakkheia Wines, beer by Griesedieck Bros. and everyone else who made the night a success.
