We have some new faces around the office. KJS Events would like to introduce you to our three new interns: Lori Kraus, Megan McGinnis and Molly Bell. The addition of these young women will help us exceed client expectations and execute seamless events. They each have valuable experiences and skills that will help us plan a stellar event.
Lori Kraus is a senior at Missouri State University. She is studying Entertainment Management and is an active member of Missouri State’s Entertainment Management Association. Lori has played a vital role in planning multiple sporting events and fundraisers; including the Super Bowl in Indianapolis. In her spare time Lori enjoys planning events for her family and friends either at her farm or lake house. She is also a great musician, who enjoys playing the guitar and writing music.
Megan McGinnis is currently pursing a Master’s Degree in Public Relations at Webster University. In December, she graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism with a degree in Strategic Communication. Megan has experience in reporting, public relations, event planning and marketing. In her free time, Megan enjoys cooking, watching sports and traveling.
Molly Bell is currently a senior at Southeast Missouri State University, where she is studying Advertising. Molly will be joining the KJS team in May. For the past four years, Molly has been active in planning events for her sorority, Delta Delta Delta. She has also volunteered at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Molly loves country music, playing softball and hanging out by the river with her family and friends.
Lori, Megan and Molly will be fully saturated in all aspects of our business. They will bring new creativity and insight to our full service event planning. Interns will have a hands on role in all our services; that include theme development, site selection, negotiating rates, menu, budget and entertainment.
