We all know how the coat check works. You drop it off, get a little ticket and pick up on your way out the door.
But…do you know how a phone valet works? Yep, that’s right folks. The new “must have” event or meeting amenity is a phone valet station. Much like they would at a coat check, guests can drop off their phones and tablets with staffers—for a few minutes or a few hours—then claim them later. Electronic valet stations can be customized with your logo too for further branding.
Think about how many events or meetings you have been to and want to take a moment to check an email or you need to refer to your phone for important information and your battery is just about dead. Now your focus is on how you can get just a bit of juice to get you through the night instead of making face time with key individuals.
